Whoa! ‘The Batman Part II’ Pushed to 2028, But We Got a Sneak Peek!
- The new release date for ‘The Batman Part II’.
- A first look at Robert Pattinson’s return!
- What this long wait means for fans.
You won’t believe what just dropped! We’ve been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for news about ‘The Batman Part II’.
Well, guess what? It’s official. The Caped Crusader won’t be back until February 18, 2028. Yes, you read that right. 2028!
That’s almost six whole years after the first ‘The Batman’ hit screens in March 2022. A long wait, huh?
But wait! Matt Reeves, the amazing director, gave us a little something to chew on. He just shared the very first camera test footage of Robert Pattinson back in action. On Vimeo!
The vibe? Super moody. Dark, intense, just how we like our Gotham. You can almost feel the rain and the shadows in those test shots. It really sets the aesthetic for what’s to come.
While we wait for more Gothamy goodness, why not check out some other amazing visuals? Zendaya & Anne Hathaway were total white-hot queens at Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ Premiere! Talk about a different kind of aesthetic!
Or maybe you’re into something new? Peru’s new Big 80s drama ‘Los Principiantes’ is filming!
Speaking of big news, did you hear about Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’? Canada has VIP tickets, and the UK sold out! Wild!
Our Take
Honestly, the delay stings a bit. We’re eager for more of Robert Pattinson’s take on Batman. But seeing that camera test? It reminds us why we’re patient. Matt Reeves clearly cares about getting it just right. And good art takes time. It gives us a peek into the visual world they’re building, and it looks worth the wait. Every frame counts!
