Whoa, the Matrix Lady is Making a Wedding Comedy!
- What’s Inside:
- Lilly Wachowski is on board!
- A funny new movie called ‘Making A Bridesmaid’.
- It’s going to sales at a big event.
We just saw some super cool news! Lilly Wachowski, you know, one of the brilliant minds behind The Matrix, is joining a new movie. And get this, it’s a comedy!
The film is called Making A Bridesmaid. It’s a murder-bachelorette comedy. That sounds wild, right? We’re already picturing the vibe. Think vibrant colors clashing with dark humor, a real visual feast.
Lilly is not just attached, she’s an executive producer. Her company, Anarchists United, is also involved. This means she’s bringing all her creative magic to the table. We expect it to be smart and maybe a little bit twisted, playing with our expectations of what wedding movies can be.
The movie is all ready to go. It’s heading to the American Film Market (AFM) to find buyers all over the world. So, soon everyone might get to see this gem!
Our Take
We are SO excited about this! Lilly Wachowski making a comedy? Especially one with a dark twist? We love seeing artists branch out and play in different genres. It feels like a breath of fresh air, and we can’t wait to see what she and Molly Ratermann have cooked up together. Get ready for some laughs, and maybe a few screams!
