It’s the brainchild of Colombian filmmaker Mauricio Leiva-Cock. And guess who’s backing it? France’s Urban Factory and Mexico’s Fidelio Films. Big names in the film world!
Urban Factory’s Frédéric Corvez spilled the tea on how they found it. They discovered this gem at Bogotá’s BAM Producers Meeting. His partner, Florencia Gil, was even a mentor there. So, they saw the spark early on!
