It’s called “Starbright,” and guess what? The international sales for this English-language fantasy film have just been snapped up by Cappu Films. This deal happened right before the big Busan market – talk about perfect timing!
The movie stars some faces you’ll definitely recognize. We’re talking about John Rhys-Davies, who we all know and love, plus the talented Diego Boneta. And adding to this awesome cast is Alexandra Dowling.
She’s playing a character named Aisling. Aisling is a young woman who makes a wish on a shooting star. Imagine that! Francesco Lucente is directing this one.
We’re picturing lush, dreamy visuals, maybe with deep blues and starlit purples, really capturing that wish-on-a-star aesthetic. What kind of wish do you think she makes? Just imagine if Aisling’s wish was for something as unique as bringing back a voice! Speaking of voices and surprising technologies, did you hear how Royal Mail used AI to bring back an actor’s voice? His daughter was not happy!
