We just saw some not-so-great news coming out of the set of the show 9-1-1. You know, the one with all the action and rescues? Well, it seems like the stunts haven’t been going as smoothly as they hoped.
Apparently, four people got hurt recently. Even Oliver Stark, one of the main actors, was injured. It’s a bummer. The injuries aren’t connected, but it’s happening a lot lately.
This is making people wonder if the safety rules on set are good enough. It’s a tough job, for sure. We love the visual drama of these shows, the way they capture that intense, almost gritty aesthetic, but safety should always come first. Always.
It makes you pause, doesn’t it? Seeing the people who bring these wild stories to life actually getting hurt.
Our Take
Look, we get it. Making TV shows is hard work. Especially a show like 9-1-1, which is packed with exciting, dangerous-looking scenes. The performers are amazing for what they do. But hearing about injuries, especially multiple ones and including a star, makes us a bit worried. We really hope the production team is taking a close look at everything to make sure everyone stays safe. It’s the least they can do for the people putting themselves on the line.
