Whoa! We just got word about a new indie sci-fi horror movie called Door, and guess who’s starring in it? None other than Amanda Warren from The Leftovers and Evan Jonigkeit from The Hunting Wives. Talk about a dream team!
They’re already busy filming the lead roles. This movie sounds like it’s going to be intense. Plus, there are some other familiar faces joining them, like Akira Jackson, River Blossom, Johnny Sibilly, and Henry Ian Cusick. Yep, that’s the guy from Lost!
What’s really cool is that this is the first big feature film for directors Sara and Wil Magness. They wrote the whole script too. We’re picturing some really dark, atmospheric vibes for this one, maybe with a stark, almost monochrome aesthetic that really gets under your skin.
Our Take
Honestly? We are SO ready for this. We love seeing actors we know and love take on new, exciting projects, especially in the sci-fi horror genre. It feels like a perfect match for some seriously good scares. We can’t wait to see what the Magness siblings cook up!
