We just saw some news that has our hearts doing a little flip-flop. Rajkumar Hirani, the genius behind Munna Bhai MBBS and 3 Idiots, is NOT making Munna Bhai 3. Not yet, anyway. And guess what? He has THREE scripts ready to go!
It’s a bit of a puzzle, right? Three amazing stories, but no movie? We’re picturing these scripts like beautiful, unpainted canvases. The colors are all there, the lines are drawn, but the final masterpiece isn’t happening. Hirani himself said he’s not happy with them yet. He wants them to be perfect. He doesn’t want to rush. We get it. That perfect vibe is so important.
This is the kind of dedication we love to see. It’s not just about putting a movie out there. It’s about making something that truly connects with us. Something that feels as real and as funny as the first two. So, while we’re a little bummed, we’re also super excited for whenever he feels ready. Imagine the magic when he finally gives the green light!

We totally understand Rajkumar Hirani’s perfectionism. It’s better to wait for the right moment and the right feel than to rush out a film that doesn’t live up to the legacy. We’ll be patient!
