L.A. Mayor Race: Nithya Raman Just Took a Massive Lead
- Nithya Raman’s lead hits 22,000 votes.
- Spencer Pratt is likely out of the race.
- A big run-off with Karen Bass is coming.
Finally, we have some exciting news from the West Coast! Nithya Raman is really making a move in the L.A. Mayor race. She just grew her lead by a huge 22,000 votes. Huge.
It looks like Spencer Pratt is almost finished. He had Donald Trump’s support, but the voters went a different way. Now, Raman is getting ready for a big run-off against Karen Bass. This is getting real. Fast.
The vibe of this campaign feels so modern. It is all about bright energy and new ideas. Like a clean, minimalist gallery opening but for city politics. We love the visual aesthetic Raman brings to the table.
We haven’t seen drama like this since Kevin Jonas threw up on Nick’s first date with Priyanka. Or even that wild queer thriller documentary we just saw. Politics can be just as messy as a Hollywood movie.
L.A. is changing. Much like how Restaurant Impossible is back without all the yelling, this race feels more focused on the work. People want results.
Our Take
We think this is a huge shift for the city. Raman has a ton of momentum right now. Seeing her go up against Karen Bass is going to be very interesting. We are ready for the next round!
