- Our team’s quick take!
We just saw something really cool! Karan Johar was on Koffee With Karan, and someone asked him a tough question. They wanted to know which director he thinks is *better* than him.
And guess who he picked? Sanjay Leela Bhansali! Wowza.
Karan said Bhansali is stronger when it comes to the actual craft and getting the movie made just right. Think about it. Bhansali’s movies are always SO grand. The colors, the costumes, the sets – it’s like a whole visual feast, an absolute aesthetic dream!
He’s known for making movies that are stunning to look at. Seriously, his films have this whole magical vibe.
Karan is a huge name himself, so for him to say this about someone else? That’s big respect.
Our Take
It’s refreshing to hear people in the industry give such honest praise. Karan acknowledging Bhansali’s skill shows a lot of maturity. We love seeing these talented directors appreciate each other’s art. It makes us excited for what they’ll create next!
