We just saw the photos and had to do a double-take. Johnny Depp walked onto the stage at San Diego Comic-Con and looked totally unrecognizable.
He was channeling serious Ebenezer Scrooge energy. The vibe was pure Victorian gloom, with muted grey tones and a weary, sunken-in aesthetic that felt straight out of a classic ghost story.
His costume was incredibly detailed. It felt heavy, dusty, and perfectly miserable. It is a massive departure from his usual rockstar style.
