Jessica Rothe’s New Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Imposters’ Just Scored a HUGE Deal!
- Jessica Rothe’s new movie “Imposters” is coming!
- Big news for first-time director Caleb Phillips.
- When you can finally see it in theaters.
You won’t believe what just happened in the movie world!
Our favorite Jessica Rothe is coming back. Big time. She stars in a brand new sci-fi thriller called “Imposters.”
This film made a splash at SXSW 2026. And guess what? It just landed a huge U.S. distribution deal! Brainstorm Media snatched it up. That’s fantastic news.
They plan to open “Imposters” in theaters. Early 2027. Get ready to grab your popcorn!
This is a super cool win for Caleb Phillips. He’s the first-time feature director behind the movie. He also wrote the script. His short film “Other Side of the Box” won awards, so we’re already expecting a really clever story.
We’re anticipating a unique visual style for “Imposters.” Think mysterious shadows. Maybe some deep, electric blues and grays. A truly atmospheric aesthetic, perhaps even a bit unsettling. We love when films create such a strong mood!
And the cast? Oh, it’s good. Besides Jessica Rothe (you loved her in “River,” right?), we’ve got Barnett from “Russian Doll” and Vazquez from “Severance.” Talk about a dream team. Seriously. That’s some serious talent all together.
So, get ready. “Imposters” is heading your way. It’s going to be an intense ride!
Our Take
We are SO ready for this. A new sci-fi thriller with Jessica Rothe? Yes, please! It’s awesome to see a first-time director like Caleb Phillips get such a big deal. We have a feeling this one will be super intense. We’ll be first in line!
