- What’s Inside:
- Saksham Dayma on playing Inspector Ibrahim.
- His experience working with director Meghna Gulzar.
- Finding the real person behind the uniform.
We just caught an exclusive interview with Saksham Dayma about his role as Inspector Ibrahim in ‘Daayra’. It sounds like he really got into the character’s head.
He told us that playing a police officer meant he had to look past the uniform. It was all about finding the human being underneath. That kind of depth is what makes characters feel real, right?
And get this – he worked with the super talented Meghna Gulzar! We’re always excited about her films. There’s usually such a strong visual style and a deep emotional vibe in her work.
Saksham mentioned that working with her pushed him to explore Ibrahim’s inner world. It wasn’t just about the job; it was about the person doing the job.
Our Take
We love hearing about actors digging deep into their roles. It’s those little human touches that make a show or movie unforgettable. Saksham’s approach to Inspector Ibrahim sounds like it’s going to bring a lot of heart to ‘Daayra’. We’re definitely looking forward to seeing it!
