- What’s Inside:
- Big news for ‘Portrait Huaco’.
- Luxbox and Amore Cine are joining forces.
- Melina León is back!
We just saw some super exciting news! Two cool film companies, Luxbox from France and Amore Cine from Spain, are hopping on board for a Peruvian drama called ‘Portrait Huaco’. Imagine a beautiful, rich visual story coming to life with a little help from across the pond!
This is a big deal for director Melina León. She’s the same talented person who gave us ‘Song Without a Name’. Remember that one? It was a hit at the Cannes Film Festival a few years back. It had this really striking, almost painterly aesthetic that we loved.
Now, she’s ready to wow us again with ‘Portrait Huaco’. The fact that these international studios are joining means this film is already getting noticed. It hints at a story with a strong artistic vision and something special to share with the world. We can’t wait to see the vibe and colors she brings to this project!
Our Take
We’re so thrilled to see more international collaboration in filmmaking. It’s like a global art party! When talented people from different places come together, amazing things happen. This partnership for ‘Portrait Huaco’ feels like it’s going to be a beautiful journey, and we’re here for all of it!
