Crazy True Crime Doc Coming to CBC: A Woman Who Faked Pregnancies?!
- What’s Inside: A wild true crime story
- A new docuseries that’ll make you go ‘Wait, what?’
- Coming to CBC soon!
We just saw the trailer for a new docuseries called ‘Doula: A True Crime,’ and wow. It’s about this woman, Kaitlyn Braun, who apparently faked pregnancies. Like, full-on faked them. It sounds totally bizarre, right?
The series is from Nathalie Bibeau, who made ‘The Walrus and the Whistleblower.’ This new one is a three-parter and it’s going to be on CBC starting October 7th. We’re already hooked just thinking about it.
The trailer has this really intriguing, almost eerie vibe. You can just feel the mystery building. We’re really curious to see how they’ll tell this story and what the visual aesthetic will be like. It promises a deep dive into a truly strange case.
Boat Rocker Studios is on board too, which is a big deal. They know how to make compelling shows. We’ll definitely be marking our calendars for this one.
Our Take
Honestly, we love a good true crime story, especially when it’s something this unbelievable. It makes you wonder what’s really going on out there. We think ‘Doula: A True Crime’ is going to be a must-watch. It feels like the kind of story that stays with you.
