Did SRK Give Us a ‘Pathaan’ Remake With King’s First Song?
- What’s Inside
- The new King song dropped!
- Redditors are saying it’s like ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’.
- Mixed feelings are swirling.
Hey BuzzMedia fam! We just got our eyes on the first song from Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie, ‘King.’ It’s called ‘Tu Mil Jaaye,’ and guess what? It’s got Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone looking super cool.
But here’s the tea: The internet, specifically Reddit, is buzzing. A lot of people are saying the song’s whole vibe, the way it looks, feels a little too familiar. They’re comparing it straight up to ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan,’ another hit song from SRK’s movie ‘Pathaan.’ We’re talking about the same kind of energy, the same visual style, almost like a deja vu moment.
The reactions are all over the place. Some folks are loving the throwback and are happy to see this aesthetic again. Others feel like it’s a bit of a miss, wishing for something totally fresh. It’s a real mix of ‘yay!’ and ‘hmm…’
Our Take
Okay, so, we get it. Sometimes inspiration strikes and things can feel similar. For us art lovers, seeing a consistent visual style across projects isn’t always a bad thing, especially if it worked before! But we also love when artists push boundaries and give us something completely unexpected. What do you guys think? Is it a good nod to ‘Pathaan,’ or did you want something new? Let us know!
