  • The massive jump in NBA viewership
  • Why LeBron and Steph are the ultimate duo
  • The visual magic of a basketball dream team

We just saw some numbers that made our jaws drop. The NBA is officially back in its prime. This year, the Knicks’ deep run turned everything gold. Ratings hit a high we haven’t seen in nearly a decade.

ABC and ESPN averaged over 20 million viewers. That is wild. Huge. The last time this happened? 2017. Back then, the vibe was different. Now, it feels fresh and neon-bright.

But imagine if LeBron James and Stephen Curry actually played together. Every screen in America would be glued to that game. The aesthetic would be incredible. Think of that purple and gold mixing with the blue and yellow. It’s a masterpiece waiting to happen.

While the world watches the court, you should watch your closet. Aritzia’s July 4th Sale is finally here. Everything is half off. Seriously. Don’t miss it.

If you’re tired of sports talk, we have something else. We said goodbye to Michael Byrne recently. He was the king of playing bad guys. We will miss his dark, moody presence on screen.

Our Take

We think a LeBron-Curry pairing would be a total game changer. It is basically the Minions taking over the world, but with basketballs. The NBA needs that star power right now. It’s good for the fans and even better for the energy of the league. Let’s make it happen.
