We just saw the trailer for the new Sense and Sensibility. Oh. My. Gosh. It looks stunning. Daisy Edgar-Jones is the lead. She looks perfect in those high-waisted dresses.
The colors are so soft. Think pale blues and lush, grassy greens. It is a total vibe. The aesthetic is pure cottagecore. We are obsessed with the soft morning light in every scene.
The story is a classic. Finding love. Dealing with sisters. It is all there. Sometimes, movie making is easy. Other times, it is a struggle, like how Prithviraj and Rajamouli had a war over 97 takes! This film looks much more peaceful.

We think Daisy is a great choice. She has a very quiet strength. The trailer feels fresh but still cozy. It is exactly what we want to watch on a rainy Sunday.
