You won’t believe what just happened in the film world! We just saw the results from the 28th Golden Goblet Awards. And wow, did a certain movie make a splash!
China’s “Atlantic Rhapsody” took home the top prize. Best Picture! It’s directed by Zhong Kaifeng. Can you believe it’s his very first feature film? Talk about a debut!
The film didn’t just win one award, though. Hao Jiayue, the cinematographer, also snagged a prize. Best Cinematography! We bet the movie has some seriously stunning visuals. We’re picturing an incredible aesthetic. Maybe deep blues, and a really unique visual vibe that just grabs you.
All this happened at the Shanghai International Film Festival. The awards night was on June 20. It’s cool how they spread the love. Awards went to films from different countries and different categories too. Global talent shining!
