We just saw the news, and oh boy, it’s HUGE for anime fans! My Hero Academia Final Season totally crushed it.
It won the top prize! Anime of the Year! The 10th Crunchyroll Anime Awards, held in bright, energetic Tokyo, was the place to be on Saturday, May 23.
The whole event had such a cool, vibrant aesthetic. Imagine all those colors, the excitement in the air! It must have been a visual feast.
Our faves, voice actress Sally Amaki and entertainer Jon Kabira, were back again. Fourth time’s the charm! They just have this amazing energy together.
And get this – even The Weeknd was there! So many big names celebrated the best in anime. It felt like a party.
