Okay, get ready, Divergent fans! Fifteen years after we all got hooked on Tris and her brave choices, Veronica Roth is dropping some HUGE news. She’s writing two new books!
This isn’t a prequel, though. Nope. These new stories are set in a totally different universe. Imagine this: Tris *didn’t* pick Dauntless. Mind. Blown.
We’re already picturing the cool new aesthetic. What colors will this alternate world have? What new factions might pop up? It feels like a whole new visual palette waiting to be explored.
Roth announced this at BookCon in New York. The buzz was probably electric!
Our Take
We are SO here for this! The idea of seeing Tris in a completely different path is super exciting. It makes us wonder what other stories could be hidden in the Divergent universe. We love seeing authors revisit their beloved worlds and give us new ways to think about them.
