We just saw the first look at A Place In Hell. Honestly? Our hearts are still racing. Neon just showed off the new footage at CinemaCon and it looks wild.
It stars Michelle Williams and Daisy Edgar-Jones. Two powerhouse women. They play lawyers. But they aren’t partners. They are rivals fighting over a big case. One will win. One will lose.
The aesthetic is so sharp. It feels cold. Visual. Lots of dark shadows and expensive suits. It gives off a very moody vibe. Think high-stakes pressure in a glass box.
Chloe Domont wrote and directed this one. She made Fair Play, so we know she does tension well. One line from the trailer really stuck. “I’m not just going to replace you,” says Michelle’s character. Ouch. Cold.
