Guess What? Cole Sprouse’s New Movie ‘Vintage Violence’ is Closing a Big Film Fest!
- What’s Cole Sprouse up to now?
- Singapore Film Fest’s big comeback move!
- Why this movie is a must-see.
You won’t believe what we just found out! Our favorite heartthrob, Cole Sprouse, has a new movie that’s getting some serious attention. It’s called ‘Vintage Violence’, and it’s set to close the Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) on November 1st.
Imagine a modern crime story, but through the lens of our digital world. That’s the vibe of this film! It’s directed by Eugene Kotlyarenko and also stars Mizuhara Kiko. We hear it’s a total livestream-era caper, probably full of screens and fast cuts, giving it a very contemporary aesthetic. Sounds cool, right?
This isn’t just any closing night, either. The SGIFF is bringing back a super cool tradition: a stand-alone festival closing. They haven’t done that since way back in 2014! It’s a big deal. The film already made waves at the Toronto Film Festival in their Midnight Madness section. So, you know it’s going to be wild.
It makes us think about other exciting young stars making big moves. Remember that buzz around Young Violet Bridgerton getting her own show? Hold On To Your Corsets! Young Violet Bridgerton Is Getting Her Own Show! Just like her, Cole Sprouse is always keeping things interesting.
Our Take
We’re pretty hyped about ‘Vintage Violence’. Cole Sprouse usually picks really unique roles, and a ‘livestream-era crime caper’? Yes, please! It’s awesome that SGIFF is bringing back a dedicated closing night too. It feels like a celebration. This film sounds like it’s going to be visually striking and full of energy. We can’t wait to hear more about it!
