- Ben Affleck’s new movie secret.
- How AI changed the film ‘Animals’.
- When you can watch it on Netflix.
We just saw some big news about Ben Affleck. He has a new movie coming to Netflix called Animals. He didn’t just act in it. He co-wrote and directed it too.
But there is a twist. Ben used AI for “lots of things” while making the film. He isn’t shy about it. He thinks the tech actually helped the story.
The movie is set to premiere on October 9. Ben says it is still a “very human” movie. We are curious to see the visual style. Will it have a moody, digital vibe? Or a soft, warm aesthetic?
We usually love shows based on real life. This news feels like a real-life shift in how art is made. It is a big deal for creators everywhere.
If you are looking for more cinema magic, the Middleburg Film Fest has some great movies ready to go. There is so much happening in the film world right now.
Our Take
We are a little nervous about AI. But Ben has two Oscars. He knows how to tell a good story. As art school grads, we look for the soul in everything. If the heart is there, the tool doesn’t matter. We just hope it doesn’t look too robotic.
