Tilly Norwood Wants Tom Holland & Olivia Colman… But Only Their AI Versions?!
- AI actress Tilly Norwood has big dreams (for her digital self).
- Her creator never expected the huge fuss.
- What does a ‘digital twin’ movie even look like?
We just saw something wild! Imagine your favorite actors, but not *them* them. Nope. Their digital copies.
That’s what AI actress Tilly Norwood is dreaming of. Big dreams. She wants to team up with Tom Holland and Olivia Colman. But only their “digital twins” on an “AI production.” Wow.
Eline van der Velden is the brain behind Tilly. She created this AI actress a year ago. At the Zurich Film Festival’s Summit, Eline looked back at the wild ride Tilly has caused since.
Did she see the huge uproar coming? Not at all, she said. This kind of drama? It reminds us of how Mahesh Babu’s big Varanasi event went sideways? Rajamouli’s son was SO mad backstage!
Think about the visual here. A movie set, but everyone’s a perfect digital echo. No messy hair, no bad angles. It would have this super sleek, almost too-perfect aesthetic, wouldn’t it? Very clean. A truly futuristic vibe.
People have had *feelings* about Tilly. Strong feelings. Is it real acting? Does it take away jobs from humans? These are huge questions. It makes you really think about what “performance” even means anymore.
This whole AI acting thing gets people talking. A lot. It’s a fresh take on entertainment. Maybe even bolder than how Nani just kept it real about ‘The Paradise’ (And BookMyShow Isn’t Happy) with his recent comments.
It’s about embracing new ideas. Like how We Heard How Alexis Ohanian Aced His First Date With Serena Williams! by taking a chance on something new and different.
Our Take
AI actors are here. They stir things up. It’s exciting. A little scary too. The future of movies is changing. Fast. Will we all be watching digital twins soon? It’s definitely going to be an interesting ride.
