Wait, Is Bollywood Unlucky for This Superstar?
- What’s Inside: Is Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Bollywood luck running out?
- We’re chatting about his recent film and what it means for his Hindi movies.
- Plus, a little look at his past Bollywood tries.
So, we just caught wind of something interesting. Prithviraj Sukumaran, that dashing actor from down south, was recently in a movie called ‘Daayra’ with Kareena Kapoor Khan. It’s got us thinking about his Bollywood journey.
And honestly? It feels a bit… jinxed. Like, why hasn’t it really taken off like we expected?
We’ve seen him in a few Hindi films here and there. Some were okay, some… not so much. It’s a shame because he’s got such a strong screen presence, a real hero’s vibe that could totally work in Bollywood.
It makes you wonder what’s holding it back. Is it the movie choices? The timing? Or is Bollywood just not his happy place right now?
It’s a real puzzle, especially when you see how massive he is in Malayalam cinema. The colors and energy in his South films are always so vibrant. You’d think that same magic would translate.
Our Take
We feel like Prithviraj is a genuine talent. Sometimes, in any industry, things just don’t click the way you plan. It doesn’t mean the talent isn’t there. We’re still rooting for him to find that perfect Bollywood project that truly shines a light on his abilities. Maybe the third time’s the charm? Or the fourth? Let’s see!
